Premium coins for Kutná Hora: The City of Silver are based on the Prague Groschen, the coin minted from Kutná Hora's silver for over 200 years.
The package contains metal coins in following denominations:
Swapped out the cardboard tokens on my first playthrough and the weight of these in hand is so much more satisfying. The different denominations are easy to tell apart at a glance, which honestly speeds up the bank exchanges.
The Prage Groschen detailing on these is sharper than I expected for the price, and the weight feels right when you're sliding a stack across the table. My group stopped using the cardboard chits after one game.
I've bought a lot of coin upgrades and these are some of the heaviest I've handled. The Prague Groschen design with the different denominations actually feels like real currency in your hand, and the weight makes the banking phase way more satisfying.
